LANCASTER — Need milk? Free drive-up milk distribution is planned from 9 a.m. to noon today at JetHawks Stadium, 45116 Valley Central Way.
Thousands of gallons of whole milk will be available at the event on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
The drive-up event will take place at The Hangar, 45116 Valley Central Way, home of the Lancaster JetHawks. This event is open to all residents of the greater Antelope Valley region. There are no eligibility requirements.
The free milk distribution event is a partnership between the City of Lancaster, the Brockman Institute and the United States Department of Agriculture .
Community organizations and nonprofits may take part and are strongly encouraged to share the word with their members and clients.
Participants must adhere to the event guidelines which include driving up to the event - no walk-ups, wearing a mask, and limit four gallons of milk per vehicle.
