Rare & Fine is Robb Report’s new program of curated luxuries that we, the editors, personally love and want to share with you, our readers. The very first collection is now available—a case of six magnificent wines—and future offerings will include more premium wine, plus a few surprises. Not to be cryptic, but we promise to share them with you as soon as they’re available to enjoy.
For our inaugural edition, we considered many excellent labels and landed on a curated set that included several of our Best of the Best 2020 choices, but also bottles from the world’s most legendary wine regions, such as Burgundy and Tuscany, that we know connoisseurs will love. Some of these wines sell out through allocations every year, making it hard to purchase them beyond the limits imposed by those mailing lists. And some are just plain hard to get, with limited production.
In this box, we’ve put them together for you, in partnership with Wally’s Wine & Spirits: Penfolds 2015 Grange, Château de la Tour 2015 Clos Vougeot, Château de Mersault 2016 Les Charmes, Ornellaia 2016 Red Blend, Napa Valley’s Shafer 2015 Hillside Select Cabernet Sauvignon and Marciano Estate 2017 Blanc.
