“There is no fairness in this regulation,” he said, citing the ability of other merchants to operate more normally under the pandemic, which has led to an upsurge in infections recently and claimed nearly 10,000 lives statewide. “I fully understand what they’re trying to do, but the way they’re going about it is unfair and illogical.”
