Father and son co-owners Alex and Larry Foster of Nook Brew Co., 909 S 12th St., Broken Arrow describe Loud Mouth a New England style IPA that comes in at 6.8% ABV. It is available at their taproom on Dec. 11, their first day of opening their taproom to the public.

“This märzen is brewed with a myriad of hand-selected bread-y and toast-y malts to coax all of the tastes and warmth of fall. Fermented with lager yeast and kept cold for five weeks before serving for a crisp and refreshing experience,” Miller said. The lager comes in at 5.9% ABV.

Renaissance Brewing’s Deustchican, a Vienna lager, comes in at 5.9% ABV and is in cans for the first time this year. A very smooth beer that you won’t want to stop drinking.
“We’re a little different, we don’t do an Oktoberfest style. We do a Vienna lager style. It’s a little bit lighter than the Oktoberfest, a little bit smoother and cleaner, it’s great for the occasion, still a great fall beer, and it can even go past the fall,” said Glenn Hall, founder of Renaissance Brewing.

“Fall is our favorite time of year. As temps get cooler and the leaves start to change, there are few things finer than a warm fire and a cold lager,” said Marion Gooding, operations manager for Dead Armadillo.

Tulsa’s newest brewery offers up its first Oktoberfest brew. The märzen lager warms you up and ends with a fruity and creamy finish. It comes in at 5.8% ABV.
“We brewed our Marzen lager to be drinkable first but to also showcase the breadiness and depth of flavor you can get from an Oktoberfest-style lager,” said Josh Schrock, co-founder of Eerie Abbey Ales.
