Enology professor, Department of Food Science
“My favorite types of wines are delicate whites like Chardonnay, Vermentino and Riesling, or their Indiana-grown counterparts, Chardonel, Vignoles and Traminette,” Butzke said. “To accompany them, I enjoy a meal of cheese fondue during a winter storm. These wines are made throughout the state and the world, and they can be found in a diversity of styles.”
