
CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake will feature an Irish-themed beer dinner with tasting reception and four-course dinner.
The dinner – which is 6 p.m. Saturday, March 20 – will be guided by Lauren Fiala, The Lodge’s certified wine specialist.
The menu
• Irish pub salad: Pickled vegetables, boiled egg, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, Bibb lettuce, creamy tarragon dressing. Beer: Harp.
• Irish crab cakes: Kerrygold white-cheddar cheese sauce. Beer: Killian’s Irish Red.
• Short-rib pastrami: Red-cabbage puree, potato croquettes. Beer: Guinness.
• Cider doughnuts: Apple-cherry compote, Port cider reduction, toasted walnuts. Drink: Magners Cider.
The package for two includes dinner with beer pairings, overnight stay and breakfast for two beginning at $337 plus tax. Rates, menus and times are subject to change. Promo code: BEER.
A statewide mandate for Ohio residents requires masks or other face coverings in all indoor and outdoor public spaces at the Lodge.
