Bluprint Loan at 5280 E. Second St. in Belmont Shore is hosting a grand opening at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 7. The loan office opened in January 2020 and renovated the former clothing store next to Blue Windows into offices.

“We could not have a proper welcome to the community due to restrictions, but now that everything is opening up back up, our office wanted our community to see what we have to offer as a local mortgage lending team,” Bluprint’s Jacqueline Barillas said in an email.

According to Barillas, former Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce President/CEO Randy Gordon will be coming out of retirement long enough to help cut the ribbon at the official grand opening. The staff will be distributing free coffee mugs to those attending and refreshments will be served.

Skin Faire

Laser Skin Care Center 3828 Schaufele Ave., Suite 300, will be hosting a “Day of Beauty” from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 26. The all-day “shop and learn” opportunity will feature more than 11 different cosmetic and medical dermatology brands, and representatives will be in attendance to explain about treatments and products.

The one-hour appointments will give attendees the chance to spend one-on-one time with experts learning about new skincare products as well as have individual questions answered by a variety of cosmetic vendors.

“This truly is LSCC’s best event of the year and allows people to get their hands on the best prices, exclusive offerings, raffle drawings, and educational opportunities on both cosmetic and medical dermatology.” according to a LSCC spokesperson.

Attendance is by appointment only, call 562-997-1144 or email robyn@laserskincarespecialists.com to secure your spot.
