Aroma: fresh strawberry and other berries, bare hint of dried berries, all without being “fruity”
Flavor: very slightly off-dry; fresh-tasting, with complexity from herbal flavors; excellent balanced acidity
Notes: Made in a vegan fashion from tempranillo and syrah grapes, this southern-stye rose from Spain’s Jumilla appellation is very approachable, with lots of flavor but not a lot of alcohol (12.5%), and no wood infusions. The price is great, too.
