The Gainesville Sun has produced another special podcast. This time about BEER. Yep I said beer. The beer brewing scene in Gainesville has steadily been growing. With Swamphead Brewing opening in 2008 and the most recent brewery the High Spring Brewing Company opening in 2019 the quality and quantity of good beer in the Gainesville area has grown. This show features Gainesville Sun staffers Gererd Walen, author of the 2014 book Florida Breweries, and Brad McClenny, beer lover, talking about the six breweries currently in the Gainesville area.
